We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. Duties
- Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials as directed by supervisors.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all team members.
- Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site throughout the duration of projects.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and address any concerns.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on-site.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors.
