Ashley Kepley-Steward is the Director of Operations at Alair Asheville | Red Tree, where she leads with clarity, care, and a passion for sustainable building. Starting as an intern nearly a decade ago, she now oversees daily operations for a company that has grown into a $10 million enterprise.
Known for her calm leadership and technical expertise, Ashley was named one of Pro Builder’s Forty Under 40 in 2025. She’s a strong advocate for innovation, hospitality, and women in construction.
Outside of work, you’ll find her running races, tackling Spartan events, or enjoying the mountains with her wife and their three dogs.
