About
HomeSource Real Estate and Construction, Inc. is owned and operated by Tim Alexander. Tim has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate, development, and construction business. Originally from Winston-Salem, NC, Tim came to Western North Carolina 35 years ago to attend Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, NC. After earning his business degree, Tim began work with a major resort developer headquartered in Asheville. Considering his love of the Western North Carolina Mountains, this was a natural fit. After twelve years of working in the resort and construction industry, Tim decided to start his own residential building company.
