Kitchen & Bath Remodel Sales

Geek Construction Team is seeking a driven and knowledgeable Kitchen/Bath/Remodeling Sales Associate to help grow our remodeling business in Asheville, NC. We specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodels but also handle roofing, crawlspaces, and full home renovations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction and estimating, with experience in direct-to-consumer sales. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building client relationships and closing deals in the home remodeling industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate leads and close remodeling projects.
• Meet with potential clients, assess their project needs, and create detailed estimates.
• Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
• Conduct site visits and collaborate with our project management team to ensure accurate project scopes.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure profitability while meeting client expectations.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including networking and community outreach.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
• Work closely with marketing to align sales initiatives with promotional efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong background in construction and remodeling, with hands-on experience in estimating and project scoping.
• Proven track record in sales, particularly in home remodeling or general contracting.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Comfortable conducting site visits and developing estimates.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and project management software (Buildertrend experience is a plus).
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Pay: $83,175.00 - $98,656.00 per year
