My name is Brad Hutchinson. I am NOT an architect. 

 

I do however, have over 35 years of construction experience and 20+ in designing plans. I rely on those years of acquired knowledge and skills to create home designs that are practical, functional, and unique. As a former builder, I understand the ins and outs of construction and I am able to listen to the desires of my clients, take their ideas and create projects that are more than just a house. I prioritize the use of building practices and details that improve the performance of the home making it more comfortable, healthy, and energy efficient. In this way I strive to exceed my clients expectations. From simple or major remodels, to small or elaborate new custom home projects, Balanced Rock Designs is your plan designer.
