Duties:

- Perform and supervise all aspects of carpentry, including framing, trim work, and finish carpentry, with precision and attention to detail.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate construction and compliance with project plans.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and team members to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
- Ensure all work is completed in adherence to safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized job site.
- Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance skills and productivity.
- Identify and resolve issues on-site to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a carpenter, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Commitment to job site safety and ensuring all team members follow proper protocols.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to project challenges.
- Physically capable of handling the demands of the role, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
