Semper Fi Custom Remodeling is seeking skilled and experienced trim carpenter to join our team! If you have a passion for craftsmanship, knowledge of WNC building practices, and want to be part of a company committed to quality and integrity, we want to hear from you!
Position Details:
- Full-time: 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
- Hourly position, paid weekly
- Collaborative work environment
- Benefits at 90 days to be discussed during interview
Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately, using proper building methods.
- Work closely with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and to high standards.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and update project details in JobTread.
- Ability to forecast project needs and adapt to evolving situations on-site.
Requirements:
- 5 years plus experience working as a professional carpenter
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work independently when needed, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Having your own tools is a plus
