We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled recruiter to help us grow our sales associate team. The Recruiter will lead the firm’s agent recruiting efforts - identifying potential candidates, prospecting and building relationships, and collaborating with leadership to meet company recruiting goals. This is a great opportunity for a passionate and motivated recruiter who enjoys sourcing, screening and assessing top talent. This is a strategic role reporting to our Managing Partner that will help us drive expansion, growth and build our culture.
Responsibilities:
Brand Ambassadorship:
- Learn, understand and effectively communicate our brokerage value proposition leveraging tools, culture, mission to attract top performing real estate agents into our ecosystem
- Strategically partner with Office Managers to understand team culture, their team dynamics and business goals
Source & Deliver Agent Pipeline:
- Source top real estate agent talent via research, referrals and using creative engagement methods
- Deliver top notch pipeline in collaboration with leadership on a consistent basis and engage with agents to expand our network
- Promote brand and company agent recruiting incentives
- Use available resources to target agents and manage candidate pipeline
- Attend various office meetings, schools, agent and networking events
Drive recruiting operational excellence via:
- Daily cold and warm recruiting prospecting Coordinate scheduling of meetings with potential agents and managers
- Maintain recruiting database, report activities and work to achieve recruitment metrics
Key Requirements and Skills:
- Track record of recruiting Real Estate agents or Sales recruiting or comparable expertise in Real Estate Leadership
- Solid understanding of recruiting fundamentals from sourcing & building high value real estate pipelines to interviewing and closing top candidates
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships
- Strong business acumen with ability to project manage candidates, interview and entire recruiting funnel
- Ability to articulate brokerage value proposition via various channels (events, networking, etc)
- Expertise leveraging technology and data to pinpoint top agents
- Track record of engaging and effectively closing top tier passive talent
Qualifications:
- High School or equivalent. Bachelors degree a plus
- Real estate sales experience preferred
- Prior real estate recruiting experience preferred
- Coldwell Banker real estate sales, management or training experience a plus
- Competitive and motivated by winning
- Exemplary customer service, verbal, listening and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills. Example Programs: Google Suite, iProspect, BrokerMetrics, Zoom
Compensation:
$60,000 + bonuses and overrides paid on performance
Location:
Onsite in Asheville or Hybrid 2 days a week option available
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
