Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support of outside sales staff with bid preparation and order entry using Pella systems software
- Reviews orders to ensure accuracy
- Ensure all orders are processed by cut-off times
Qualifications:
- Positive professional attitude
- Demonstrates solid customer service and teamwork skills.
- Background in windows and doors or building materials industry preferred
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Fast learner - must be able to learn and understand the construction process as well as learn the Pella software applications
- Working knowledge of MicroSoft Office and Excel
- Ability to develop good working relationships with sales staff
Education/Experience
- General Window & Door/Building Material industry experience is a plus
- Some college desired
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
General pay range: $40,000 -$ 45,000.
