Construction Superintendent
The Superintendent is the point person between the client, the design team, and the field crew on the jobsite, including subcontractors. The role of the Superintendent is to oversee all aspects of a project from start to finish to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction. Although the Superintendent is not expected to wear a toolbelt, they needs to have the technical competency of a Lead Carpenter, and the managerial skills to actively monitor all activities and personnel on the jobsite.
