The WNC STARS Awards recognize outstanding achievements across every corner of the industry, from custom homes and remodels to green building, marketing campaigns, events, publications, and community impact projects. Just like the statewide program, categories include:
- Single-family and multifamily projects
- Remodels and renovations
- Green and energy-efficient building
- Interior merchandising and design
- Marketing campaigns, logos, videos, and websites
- Membership initiatives, educational programs, and workforce development
- Events, community projects, and government affairs initiatives
Whether you’re a builder, associate member, designer, or trade partner, there’s a category that highlights your work and contributions.
From Local Champion to State Contender
One of the most exciting aspects of the WNC STARS Awards is that local winners don’t stop here. Winning entries are automatically submitted to the NCHBA STARS Awards the following year, giving your work the chance to be recognized across the entire state of North Carolina. This means your project could shine not only in Western North Carolina but also on a statewide stage.
