If you’re a builder, remodeler, or trade partner working in renovation, this is your opportunity to help shape what this group becomes. From pricing pressures and client expectations to workforce and project management, remodelers are navigating a different set of challenges—and there’s real value in creating space for those conversations.

At this meeting, we’ll share what we heard from the first session, outline a potential structure, and work together to define priorities, meeting cadence, and leadership.

If this is going to exist, it needs to be built by the people in the room.
