2024 NC Mandatory Course - 2 hours (required for 2025 renewal)
- As always, the NCLBGC's required class. This year's course includes permit requirements.
Light Design - 2 hours
- Light affects our mood, our motivation, and our ability to do almost any task. This course will explore the role of a professional light designer and the benefits to our clients. The right lighting can express your client’s style, make their home look and feel better, and inspire them to brag about the builder for years to come!
Structural Insulated Panels - 2 hours
- Why stick to the past when we have better options? More builders are saying that SIPs are better for exterior walls than traditional stud framing. They’re stronger, require less labor, reduce time before dry-in, and have many benefits for clients.
Passive Building - 2 hours
- The most advanced building technology for efficiency is known as passive building, which uses a fraction of the energy to heat and cool compared to conventional construction. All this can be done with minimal to no increased construction cost.
