ACE Class - Stress Resiliency at Work
Description
Stress Resiliency at Work is an interactive and educational workshop that empowers attendees to boost their resilience to stress through three learning objectives that include: Awareness of work stressors, Identification of dominant stress response, and Practical tools that build stress resiliency. From this session, attendees will be able to actively bounce back after a stress response as well as steady the nervous system before a presumed stress response.

Lindsay Coward, Masters of Public Health, is a leading voice in workplace wellbeing
and stress resiliency. As an entrepreneur, former corporate employee, and mama of three, Lindsay understands the demands of modern work life. Through her worksite wellness company Yoga Nut, she equips teams with practical, science-based tools that improve capacity, restore calm, and enhance community and performance.
