Class Topic: Steep Slope Considerations in WNC
Presented by: Matt Fogleman, ECS Carolinas, LLP
Matt Fogleman, PE of ECS will be teaching how to enhance your knowledge of constructing on steep slope lots, with particular emphasis on the geotechnical requirements of the Buncombe County Zoning Overlay Districts. They have experience in helping builders get through tough situations with these lots that fall under the County’s zoning requirements.
