Through this overview of moisture management principles as they relate to building envelope, mechanical systems, grading, and drainage a deeper understanding of building science will be applied towards what makes high-performance home building and remodeling in our climate unique challenge and meaningful accomplishment. Topics covered will include air sealing and ventilation strategies, encapsulated attic and crawl spaces, accurate moisture diagnosis, zonal pressure differentials, etc.
