Get ready for a little friendly competition—and a lot of fun—as we unveil who will grace the front cover of the 2025 WNC Parade of Homes Magazine!
Whether you’re in the running or just along for the ride, join us for an afternoon of great company, cold beer, and tasty snacks as we watch local builders battle it out for the most coveted cover in town.
We’ll also be drawing the name of this year’s Featured Builder—a prime two-page spotlight in the Parade magazine. You don’t have to be in the Parade to win, but you do need to be a Builder Member of the Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Raffle tickets are just $100 and include content creation support, professional photography, and a custom magazine layout—an unbeatable deal for major brand exposure.
