DESCRIPTION:The Asheville Home Builders Association is excited to announce the auction process for the 2018 Featured Builder for the 37 Annual Parade of Homes.\n\n\n\n                        Auction Open: March 15 to March 28\, 2018\n\n\n\nOpening Bid: $3\,275\n\n\n\nFeatured Builder Receives\n\n	Cover Photo - Builder may submit a photograph of the featured home for approval. If home is not complete by July 31st\, Builder's Artist rendering will be utilized on the front cover.\n	Home Photo (or color rendering) and Company Logo prominently displayed on front cover of Parade of Homes Magazine and all Promotional Materials\n	Two-Page feature within the Parade of Homes Magazine in the first twenty pages of publication. (photos and copy provided by builder)\n	Home Entry in the Parade of Homes. Feature Builder must submit via online entry form and all required materials no later than July 15 final deadline. Click here to review all entry requirements.\n	Recognition at Fall Awards Gala with presentation of framed cover.\n	Directory Upgrade with logo inclusion in Parade of Homes Buyer's Guide and Online Membership Directory.\n	Virtual Tour of Entry Home. Photos of completed home provided by Builder.\n	4 Tickets to the Fall Awards Gala.\n\n\n\nAuction Criteria & Regulations\n\n\n	Builder must be an member in good standing with the Asheville HBA and have a valid active NCGC License.\n	Home must meet the Level 1 requirements as outlined in the Level of Completeness policy\, meaning the home is 100% complete with CO by October 1\, 2017. The $750 refundable deposit will apply and is paid in addition to Feature Builder Package total.\n	Auction Winner understands that Presenting Sponsors logos will be displayed on Front Cover\n	50% Payment required at close of auction. If winner is unable to pay the 50%\, the next highest bid will be chosen as the featured builder*\n	If home of auction winner is located in a development\, this development has first right of acceptance for two weeks after close of auction to secure featured development package outlined in 2017 Parade of Homes Sponsorship Packet\n	If the partnering development chooses to not take featured development sponsorship\, or home is not located in a development\, then the featured development sponsorship is open to all AHBA Member developers.\n\n\n\n                                    www.ParadeofHomesAsheville.com
