What’s standing in the way of building more homes in Asheville?

Jonathan Anzollitto will break down how lot sizes, setbacks, density requirements, and other development regulations impact land costs and what can feasibly be built. Using local data and examples from other cities, he’ll explore practical changes that could create more opportunities to build housing at a range of price points.


Jonathan is a City Planner, real estate economist, and housing advocate.
