Join Us and Find Out! Get ready for a little friendly competition and a lot of fun as we determine who will land the front and back covers of the 2026 WNC Parade of Homes Magazine presented by Warmstead. 


Join us for an afternoon of great company, cold beer, and tasty snacks as we host a live auction for both coveted cover spots: 

  • Front Cover - Open to builder members with a home entered in the 2026 Parade of Homes 
  • Back Cover - Open to all associate members 

This is your chance to secure premier placement in one of the most highly anticipated publications of the year.


We'll also draw the winner of this year's Featured Builder Package, a prime two-page spotlight in the Parade magazine. You don't have to be entered in the Parade to win, but you must be a Builder Member of the Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
