Join Professional Women in Building for an honest and practical conversation about leading with confidence, understanding different personality and communication styles, and navigating workplace conflict. Speakers Amanda Mohl and Tara Whiteley will share real-world insights to help you reduce friction, strengthen relationships, and become a more effective leader—regardless of your title or career stage. Amanda Mohl is the Internet Sales Manager for Eastwood Homes, where she leads the company’s online sales team. With more than a decade of experience, Amanda is known for her buyer-first approach, relationship-building, and development of high-performing teams. Under her leadership, Eastwood Homes’ Online Sales Team has been named MAME Online Sales Team of the Year five times. Tara Whiteley is the Digital and Marketing Manager for Eastwood Homes, leading the company’s digital strategy, website, social media and online advertising. With more than 13 years in the homebuilding industry, she was named the 2025 Marketing Professional of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte and serves as Second Vice President of its Board of Directors.
