Wellness for BABRM

Description

Take a little time to pause, reset, and recharge with Lindsay Coward of Yoga Nut Worksite Wellness at BABRM. Lindsay will lead an all-levels session combining guided breathing and meditation practices designed to help quiet the mind, release stress, and create more ease in the workday.

No prior meditation or yoga experience is needed, and all materials are provided. The session is designed to accommodate all levels and bodies, with options to participate seated on the floor, lying down, or comfortably in a chair. Come as you are and leave with practical tools you can use to support focus, relaxation, and resilience long after the session ends.
