PATRICK BRANNEN is a seasoned career construction professional who is a native of Asheville. Patrick has personally 30+ years of hands on construction management experience in heavy commercial and high end home design and construction.  Founded in 2001, PATRICK BRANNEN HOMES, INC. has designed and built numerous high end homes in the City of Asheville and surrounding counties; additionally, all new home projects are personally managed by Patrick.  PATRICK BRANNEN HOMES, INC. has extensive knowledge and experience building homes on both traditional and mountainous (e.g. North Carolina Steep Slope Ordinance compliant) home sites.  We are an honest, forthright and transparent home building company who focuses on quality construction, clear communication and most importantly home owner satisfaction.  We appreciate any opportunity to be of service.
