- Ensure all tasks are completed following safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team to execute construction plans efficiently and safely.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean worksite.
- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers.
Qualifications
- Varying levels of experience in carpentry are welcome.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Commitment to safety and ensuring a secure job site at all times.
- Strong work ethic and dedication to maintaining a positive and respectful workplace.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Physically capable of handling the demands of the role, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
