Eligibility
Any member of the Asheville Home Builders Association (AHBA) may submit entries in the PACE Awards Program. Each entry will be recognized and the award winner will be announced at the Fall Awards Gala, October 18, 2018.
As an added bonus, each eligible category winner will be submitted to the North Carolina Home Builders Association STARS Awards Program for the following year. Projects entered must have been completed between October 1 of previous year and August 31 of current year.
Entry Fees & Deadlines *All materials and fees must be submitted at time of entry for pricing to apply through the online system.

Entry Preparation Procedures
Carefully review all categories, submission requirements and judging criteria prior to preparing your marketing statement(s) and completing the online application. Once you begin the online application process you will be able to save your work and complete the process later. Only electronic entries through the online application will be accepted. All entries must include a marketing statement and the required materials listed with each category. Incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
Judging
Industry professionals will judge projects based on the criteria outlined in each category heading. Judges reserve the right to divide categories into subcategories (by square footage, for example) depending on the range of entries.
